Chef Antonella grew up in northern Italy, where the food is warm and wholesome, and the portions are rich and generous. She specializes in fresh pasta sauces and is particularly proud of her lasagna. Of course, we can’t forget about her new incredible creation: the pizza cone!
Chef Antonella is able to combine recipes from the North and South to create dishes that contain aromas and flavours from all Italian regions.
